On March 20th, the electronic singer-songwriter Laure SHANG has attended the opening ceremony of Today Art Museum’s “NANA POWER” art exhibition. She has also made a speech as a trans-boundary artist at the opening ceremony. The word “Nana” comes from French colloquial language and it is a term for woman. “Nana” is also the name of the artist Niki de Saint Phalle’s representative art work. It represents happy, free and confident woman. In the “NANA POWER”’s trans-boundary creation unit, Laure SHANG has cooperated with the new media artist Ren Yuan, they have used pioneer art and music “That Bra” to express the power of woman. Starting from today we can go to the Today Art Museum to see the electronic singer-songwriter Laure SHANG’s trans-boundary art work. We believe that Laure SHANG will try music’s more possibilities in the near future.
